Admission to SpacePort is absolutely Free!!! The only costs you might encounter would be for a ride in one of our amazing flight or motion simulators that range from $3 to $10.

Where is SpacePort located?
We are located on the third floor of the Calgary international Airport. Signs are posted throughout the airport directing you to us. If all else fails look for the food court signs. Once you get there just sneak a peek behind the Space Shuttle and you’ve found us! Click here for more information.

Bookings for youth groups or schools can be done through our Educational Program Director at sport1@yyc.com or (403) 717-7679

How long does it take to tour the facility?
That depends on how much time you have available. If you are in a hurry you can breeze through SpacePort in minutes or take a leisurely pace with your family and explore the finer details of our exhibits over a period of a few hours.

Is there a place to leave bags and jackets?
If you are visiting SpacePort as a member of a scheduled program there is an area where you may deposit lunch bags, backpacks, etc. Unfortunately the general public must be in possession of their baggage at all times as Airport Security is known to confiscate any unattended bags. If you have luggage that you would like to store for a few hours this can be done through the Tourism Calgary information center located on the arrivals level of the terminal.

Do you have Internet access?
No, however there are several locations throughout the airport terminal where you are able to log in.

There are no washrooms in SpacePort, however there are several washrooms in the food court immediately adjacent to the facility all highly maintained and equipped with baby changing tables.
